State-Of-The-Art Used Photovoltaic (PV) Solar panels production line (Robert Bürkle GmbH) from 2017 produce at an annual capacity of 130 MW for the long-term interest of customers. “Quality” is at the center of all processes, from the design of the panels to the raw materials used, from production to control and testing.
The factory started with an untouched production philosophy in Industry *4.0 Standards, producing the highest quality photovoltaic module integrated with the industry’s best machine park, a fully automated production line such as Team Technic Stringer, ATN Automatic Soldering, Bürkle Laminator.
Line was producing up to 250 panels in 8 hours: 72-cell panels, solar cell size 1.99 x 1 m.

The most common panel type which has been produced is solar panels with 400 Watt power output and 72 pcs Mono PERC cells. The area of each panel is 1,99 M2. In this case energy is 201 Watt/M2 for THIS TYPE of product.
The line can be adapted to 6-BB production at minimal cost, and there is also an option to upgrade the stringers to 9-BB production if required.
