French Fries Line up to 1500 kg/hr capacity
The line is made up of the following components:

The peeled potatoes arrive to the buffer tank (14) from where they are distributed either to a strip cutter (15) or to a pump cutter (16). The cuts are then led to the curved screen filter (18) and to the colour grader, before they enter the first screw blancher (22) and the second screw blancher (24). From here the cuts go either to the drying tunnel (28), the deep fryer, the cooling tunnel and to the freezing tunnel - or they are pumped to the third screw blancher (44) and further to the cooling tunnel (36) and the freezing tunnel (by-passing the drying tunnel and the deep fryer).
From the product pump (17) the cuts can also be led directly to the third screw blancher (by-passing the color grader, blancher no. 1 and 2, the drying tunnel and the deep fryer).
Equipment have been refurbished in excellent conditions. Machines have been checked for bearings, electrics but do not need full overhaul.
