Syrup Room KHS Innopro SC12/B/SA for the production of up to 3 m³/h Final Syrup:
Basic syrup room laid out for a capacity of final syrup for max. 12.000 l/h of commercial CSD drinks with a mixing ratio in the mixer from 1 + 3 (syrup + water).
In the syrup room the final syrup for softdrinks is made of the components crystal sugar, productwater, aroma concentrate, maybe fruit concentrate and further additional components like e.g. citric acid, for discharge to the mixer. The offered equipment is selected with regard to options of energy recovery and optimal process flows with low product loss.

- sugar dissolving unit, designed as a batch hot dissolver
- simple syrup storage tank (necessary later on for complete supply of 2 lines; considered already)
- dissolving and dosing station for small components for the preparing and batchwise dosing of the components
- a mixing- and storage tank group for the batchwise production and storing of Final Syrup forward the discharge to the mixer.
- control for semi-automatic operation (distribution panels)
a) 1. filling line: 21.500 bph x 0,55 l => 11.825 l/h filling capacity (first M3222582 phase)
b) 2. filling line: 21.500 bph x 0,55 l => 11.825 l/h filling capacity (future/second phase) => full final stage filling capacity: 23.650 l/h.
Syruproom at the moment able to produce final syrup for filling capacity of 1.filling line with 12.000 l/h. ("SC12/B/SA");
Already enabled to produce simple syrup for the complete capacity in future for both lines. (later on "SC24/BSA").
Only sugar dissolver & simple syrup storage tank already considered for full final stage.
