ADS 6 Cavity Blow Moulder – 6600 Bottles Per Hour
1 x ADS G66 PET stretch blow molder manufactured in 1999
1 x Tricool TRIM 70 HA chiller
1 x Ozonator
1 x Automatic bagging machine
4 x Edible oil bottle molds (375ml/500ml/2x750ml) (30/22mm neck with snap on cap)
3 x Water bottle molds (500ml/1500ml) (30/25mm neck with screw on cap)
2 x 2Lt CSD bottle mold (28mm neck with a screw on cap)

This machine was fully refurbished by ADS staff and the local agents in late 2005 and is in good working order. The owners are closing down the regional factory where this plant is located in July 2006.

Production Support Equipment
1 x Belis & Morcom VH9H3N 40 bar compressors manufactured in 1999
1 x Denco SN17 HP air dryer
1 x ILVA BS 500 CAT2-97 air receiver

This machine has recently been service by the authorised agents and is in good working order, it is currently providing the compressed air to the ADS G66.
